Housing Case Manager: Empower Tenants to Thrive
CAMBA
CAMBA is seeking a Case Manager (HRA) in Brooklyn, NY to review tenant eligibility, create and maintain tenant files, and conduct initial intake and ongoing assessments. You will collaborate with tenants to develop independent living plans, locate community resources, and advocate for access to needed services to help tenants achieve stable housing and self-sufficiency. The role requires a Bachelor's degree with experience serving SPMI populations and the ability to obtain fingerprint clearance. #J-18808-Ljbffr CAMBA
