New Destiny Housing Corporation is hiring a full-time Case Manager for on-site services at the Morris location in the Bronx. The role supports 20-25 tenants in a 39-unit affordable residence serving low-income families from DV shelters. You will work with the Program Director and Senior Case Manager to foster family stability, connect families to resources, and help children thrive.
