Renal Dietitian: Clinical Nutrition & Patient Education

Fresenius Medical Care in Gastonia, NC is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide nutrition services for both in-center and home patients, with the goal of improving nutritional status and clinical outcomes. As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will educate patients about kidney disease, develop individualized care plans, monitor labs, document care, and support quality improvement efforts within the organization.
