The Human Resources group develops and executes successful recruiting programs, learning and expertise‑development initiatives, strategic staffing assignments, effective reporting and analytics, performance management processes, and work‑life benefits and operations. Human Resources Associate - Talent Acquisition We are seeking a creative, resourceful, and results‑oriented recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will drive full‑cycle recruitment for experienced talent, leveraging innovative sourcing strategies, market intelligence, and strong internet research skills to identify and engage top candidates. Working closely with hiring managers and recruiting colleagues across offices, you will help shape hiring strategies, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and contribute to building a world‑class workforce. What You’ll Do Lead full‑cycle recruiting for experienced hiring needs, managing the end‑to‑end process from sourcing and candidate engagement through offer acceptance, offer creation and onboarding in a metrics‑ and scorecard‑driven environment. Proactively source, engage, and assess talent through a variety of channels, while building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Manage requisitions and candidate activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and adherence to internal recruiting processes. Partner closely with hiring managers and interview teams to develop and execute effective hiring strategies, provide market insights, and guide best practices throughout the selection process. Coordinate and oversee interview logistics, candidate communications, and stakeholder engagement to deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience. Gather, analyze, and leverage feedback from candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and new hires to continually enhance recruiting processes and outcomes. Maintain recruiting metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor hiring progress, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record required. 1–3 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or related experience preferred. Strong sourcing and internet research skills, with the ability to identify, engage, and assess talent through multiple channels, leveraging creative search strategies, market intelligence, and talent mapping techniques. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality work. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
