Digital Strategist (for Seed-Stage Social Media Projects) A new, non-profit media fund is constantly seeding new, high-impact digital pilots across social media platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, etc.)—all with the goal of radically increasing the volume and reach of good, fact-based, pro-democratic content online. We are now looking for Digital Strategists to join our talent pool and help launch new, early-stage initiatives from the ground up. If you are a digital native who thrives in the "0 to 1" phase of a project, we want to hear from you. The ideal candidate will possess: Adaptive Strategy: A proven ability to design and execute digital campaigns across a variety of mediums, whether it's short-form posts, long-form original content, or AI-generated video. Production experience is key. Data-Driven Experimentation: An analytical mindset comfortable with running scrappy tests, measuring results, and pivoting quickly based on real-time performance data. Cross-Functional Execution: The skills to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and hands-on content production or platform management. Mission Alignment: A commitment to progressive values and an interest in how technology can be leveraged to shift political and cultural narratives. Details: Duration: Project-based and flexible (ranging from ~4–6 months, either part-time or full-time), with potential for long-term engagement and/or full-time employment.
