Mid-Level Power and Renewables Transactional Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid-level transactional associate with 4-6 years of experience to join the Energy Team in Houston, TX. The candidate will represent and advise clients on power and renewable energy M&A and joint venture transactions. Duties Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, joint venture and development agreements. Manage due diligence and closing processes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across offices. Engage directly with senior attorneys and clients. Requirements 4-6 years of relevant experience in power and renewable energy transactions. Strong drafting, organizational, and project management skills. Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills. Exceptional work ethic and interest in a collaborative environment. Education J.D. from an ABA-approved law school. Certifications Active member in good standing of the Texas Bar. Skills Experience with M&A and joint venture transactions.
