Residential Rehabilitation Services Supervisor

We are seeking a Full time Residential Rehab Services Supervisor to coordinate the day‑to‑day operations of the residential rehab program. A minimum of three years of experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, or traumatic brain injury. Successful work experience in a licensed hospital, rehab center, or skilled nursing facility. Five years of successful experience managing/supervising staff. A demonstrated ability to successfully lead, inspire, mentor, manage, and develop unlicensed staff. Excellent communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work well with a diverse range of individuals. The ability to build and maintain positive and effective working relationships with staff and clients. Excellent customer service skills and a customer‑service focus in professional interactions. Ability to maintain and properly safeguard confidential data and information. Ability to work effectively in a busy environment with multiple distractions. A valid driver's license and the ability to transport clients and travel throughout the community for planned and unplanned events. Residential Rehab Services Supervisor Responsibilities Provide all aspects of supervision for direct reports Develop and maintain staffing schedules that meets all client care, habilitation, and safety needs Maintain availability for on‑call coverage for concerns after hours concerns/incidents. Build and maintain teamwork among staff Ensure that staff are fully trained prior to working and throughout the course of employment.
