What You'll Be Doing

• Receive, label, and stage vehicles according to customer and company requirements
• Track vehicle inventory and provide status updates throughout the shift
• Complete vehicle documentation and paperwork as required
• Inspect incoming vehicles and report any damage or discrepancies
• Document damage and vehicle status information accurately
• Coordinate vehicle repairs when necessary
• Monitor vehicle inventory and shipment status
• Identify and properly stage mis-shipped vehicles
• Communicate with logistics providers regarding vehicle deliveries and pickups
• Maintain accurate records of shipped and received vehicles
• Assist with monthly inventory audits and reconciliations
• Keep the yard organized, clean, and operating efficiently
• Follow all company safety procedures and yard operation guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous leadership or team lead experience
• Experience working in automotive, logistics, transportation, or manufacturing environments
• Basic Microsoft Office and computer skills
• Inventory tracking or yard management experience
