Commercial Escrow Officer

Transnation Title Agency is seeking an experienced Commercial Escrow Officer to join our Kalamazoo team and manage commercial real estate transactions from opening through closing. What You'll Do Manage commercial escrow transactions from order opening through closing and post-closing. Review title commitments, pro forma policies, and transaction documents. Prepare settlement statements, escrow instructions, and closing documentation. Coordinate closing schedules, funding, disbursements, and communications among all parties. Analyze entity documentation, including corporate, partnership, trust, and organizational records. Resolve title, escrow, and closing issues while ensuring compliance with underwriting and regulatory requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, lenders, attorneys, brokers, and referral partners. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process. What We're Looking For Associate Degree with a m minimum of 3 years of commercial escrow and title experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience handling complex commercial real estate transactions. Strong understanding of commercial title insurance, escrow procedures, and closing practices. Ability to review and interpret legal, financial, and title-related documents. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and title/escrow production systems. Michigan Title Producer License and Notary Public designation preferred, or can obtain Why Join Transnation Title?
