You'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced surgical, nursing, and administrative professionals in a supportive, team-oriented environment that values collaboration, respect, and professional growth.ResponsibilitiesWelcome and prepare patients for their scheduled proceduresAssist with patient registration and documentationManage and maintain medical records and patient documentationSupport pharmacy-related duties as directedAssist with operating room turnover and room preparation between casesMaintain supplies and inventory throughout the surgery centerSupport nursing and administrative teams with daily operational needsEnsure compliance with patient privacy, infection control, and safety standardsContribute to a seamless patient experience from check-in through dischargeQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredMedical Assistant certification preferred but not requiredPrevious healthcare, medical office, or surgery center experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesExperience with EMR systems preferredReliable attendance and punctualityAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift supplies throughout the workdayThis position is Monday through Thursday, 5:45 am to 3:00 pm.
