Shift: 1st (Monday - Friday) Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D, PSL Position Overview: We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and customers. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment while managing front office operations and providing administrative support. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and customers in a friendly and professional manner Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls Respond to inquiries and provide general information Manage visitor flow to ensure a smooth front-office experience Prepare and distribute correspondence as needed Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area Create and issue security badges for guests Communicate effectively with internal departments and leadership Provide general administrative support as assigned Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Professional demeanor and customer service mindset Basic administrative and office skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full Steam Staffing will consider qualified applicants with a criminal history pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act.
