Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst - Production Support (AWS)

Role Overview
We are seeking a technically elite Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our Central Operations team in supporting a high-priority suite of financial data applications. This role is a blend of deep technical troubleshooting, incident management, and proactive system optimization. You will be instrumental in ensuring the high availability of systems used for national-level regulatory and monetary data processing. This is a 24x7 help desk environment requiring a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is comfortable with rotational shift work, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities
• Advanced Troubleshooting: Use analytical skills to resolve complex application and infrastructure issues across on-premises and AWS cloud architectures.
• Production Support (L1 & L2): Provide expert-level incident management and problem resolution. Actively monitor system health and perform routine checks to prevent downtime.
• Technical Research: Analyze complex business problems and perform in-depth research to identify root causes and develop long-term process enhancements.
• Cloud & Data Stewardship: Manage and query data within a robust tech stack, including Redshift, Aurora Postgres, DynamoDB, and Athena. Use CloudWatch and Grafana for proactive monitoring.
• Documentation & Training: Produce high-quality technical documentation and training materials for enhanced business processes and system applications.
• Testing & Collaboration: Participate in application testing and work with cross-functional teams to ensure system updates meet strict business objectives and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Technical Mastery (AWS): Proven experience with Lambda, Glue, S3, ECS, EC2, Step Functions, SNS, SQS, and Kinesis.
• Database Proficiency: Intermediate to expert-level SQL query writing experience (Oracle, SQL Server, and Redshift).
• Environment: Direct experience in a Production Support (Level 1/2) role within a 24x7 environment.
• Schedule Flexibility: Mandatory ability to work rotational shifts. Shifts vary between 4:00 AM - 6:00 PM PT or after-hours from 6:00 PM - 4:00 AM PT.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication. Ability to interact professionally with and influence staff and leadership at all levels.
• Tools: Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Java-based architectures.
