The Construction Project Administrator plays a vital role in supporting medium-scale commercial construction projects, often managing multiple projects simultaneously. This position is responsible for ensuring smooth project operations through effective document management, schedule coordination, contract administration, and communication. Proficiency in the use of construction management software like Procore is essential for successful performance in this role.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize project documentation accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate project schedules to ensure timely completion of milestones
- Administer contracts and support contract-related processes
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication among project stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in construction project administration
- MUST have Procore experience
