About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Business Lending to join its leadership team. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading the strategic growth and management of the commercial loan portfolio, with a strong focus on business development, sales, and the full cycle of commercial lending, including packaging loans for underwriting, managing the loan portfolio, and servicing. This role requires a professional with a proven track record in commercial lending, at least five years of experience, and the ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills. The Vice President of Business Lending will also be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan for commercial banking within the organization. Applicants for the Vice President of Business Lending position at the company should have a background in commercial lending, with a minimum of five years' experience in the field. The role demands a candidate with a successful history in business development, sales, and a comprehensive understanding of the commercial lending process.
