About This Role As an RN in the Medical/Surgical and Observation Unit at Cleveland Clinic’s South Pointe Hospital, you will provide exceptional care to patients with a variety of diagnoses, working alongside a dedicated team of caregivers. Highlights Pay: $33.50 - $53.60/hour Location: Warrensville Hts, OH Schedule: Day/Night rotation, 7:00 p.m. — 7:30 a.m. Sign-On Bonus: Not mentioned What You'll Do Assist caregivers in providing exceptional patient care from introduction to discharge. Interact directly with patients, families, and visitors to enhance their experience. Supply healthcare education as needed. Participate in a residency core curriculum based on individual learning needs. Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach. Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care based on acuity and resources. Respond to data indicating risk to patients’ health and initiate corrective actions. Document in patients’ medical records.
