Controller

We are seeking a Controller for our client. Highly visible role to produce financial reports and manage the accounting department.

Functions:

• Prepare and manage the month end close and financial package to CFO and C-Suite/Board of Directors. Prepare SALT tax returns, variance analysis, sales reports, flash reports and expense analysis.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and ensuring GAAP.
• Prepare financial reports for corporate office and leading internal/external audits.
• Manage and mentor accounting team.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting.
  • MBA and/or CPA is highly regarded.
• 5-15 years of experience as a manager in an Accounting department.
• Strong Accounting ERP systems, MS Excel and multi-tasking abilities.
