How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Lead Shift Operations: Assign, direct, educate, and monitor nursing and support staff daily.
• Manage Staff Performance: Contribute to performance evaluations, hiring, training, and development decisions.
• Coordinate Patient Care: Assess daily patient needs to create and distribute optimal staff assignments.
• Optimize Care Outcomes: Evaluate patient care effectiveness, address delivery issues, and resolve clinical complaints

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.

Education:

• Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
