Commercial Insurance Claims Service RepresentativeHigginbotham, a privately held, independent insurance and financial services firm that ranks within the top 20 nationwide, has an immediate opening for a Claims Service Representative in our St. Petersburg, FL office.The Commercial Insurance Claims Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling phone calls and coordinating communication via email or phone voice mails and relaying them to the appropriate party. The Customer Service Representative performs the administrative functions for the Claims Group. Repeated use of sight to read documents and computer screens. Repeated use of hearing and speech to communicate on telephone and in person. Repetitive hand movements, such as keyboarding, writing, 10-key.
