Boyer Sales and Service, a trusted manufacturer of engineered products for wastewater markets, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join their team in Centennial, CO. Duties and Responsibilities: Receive and review customer inquiries for products and service Inquiries will occur via phone, email and in-person conversations, which will include project bid packages Research end-use specifications and provide quotes for products and services to meet customer needs Develop and provide to customer the quotes as required, or exceptions as noted Capture and track all quotes in central ERP system for future follow up and conversion to sales orders Receive and evaluate incoming purchase orders for accuracy and terms & conditions Follow up with vendors on delivery timing as needed to keep customer updated Research shipments and delivery information, in coordination with customer and Boyer Service, to ensure timely project deliverables Troubleshooting over the phone for pumps and equipment as may be required.
