You will handle inbound leads, underwrite and quote policies, and guide contractors through the bind process. You will also field inbound calls across other product lines including surety bonds and Workers Compensation as volume dictates./ppThis is a hybrid role with 1 day WFH. The remaining days will be onsite in our Sacramento office, 9am-6pm PST./ppAdditionally, this role offers a competitive base with performance-based commission for producing agents./pulliBase pay: $52,000 to $62,000 per year, plus overtime as applicable/liliPerformance-based commission tied to production strong performers earn significantly above base/liliTotal compensation at plan: $76,000 to $98,000+/liliCommission is uncapped/li/ulh3Position Responsibilities/h3ulliHandle inbound General Liability sales leads from first contact through bound policy/liliUnderwrite products and deliver accurate quotes based on customer needs and carrier guidelines/liliField inbound calls across other commercial lines products including surety bonds and Workers Compensation/liliFollow up with prospects in a timely and organized manner/liliProcess inbound payments and assist clients with account updates and policy-related items/liliWork with carrier partners to satisfy client requirements/liliMaintain accurate records and contribute to clean policy administration/liliMeet and exceed defined production targets and KPI objectives your output directly contributes to the growth of the commercial lines book and the success of the team around you/li/ulh3Minimum Qualifications/h3ulli2+ years of demonstrated experience in the insurance industry prior sales, account management, or service role required/liliWorking knowledge of General Liability products, underwriting basics, and carrier processes/liliCalifornia PC License preferred; candidates without an active license must be willing to obtain one, we will sponsor the process/liliProven ability to manage a sales pipeline, follow up consistently, and close/liliStrong written and verbal communication skills/liliProficiency in Microsoft Office products/liliWilling to work onsite 4 days a week, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM/li/ulpThe starting hourly pay scale for this position is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on factors such as skills, qualifications, training, and experience.
