Clinical Social Worker, Per Diem

You will also be required to remain current with specific professional knowledge while pursuing further enhancement of job‑related expertise. Salary Range : $56.66 - $73.11 Hourly Note this is a Per Diem appointment that may convert to career. Job Qualifications We’re seeking a compassionate, diligent Clinical Social Worker with: Master’s degree in social work or social welfare CA Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or license eligible Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Excellent communication, relationship building and problem‑solving skills Expertise with psychosocial assessments, clinical interventions, and treatment planning Knowledge of Child Abuse, Elder and Dependent Adult Abuse, Neglect and Domestic Violence treatment, interventions, and reporting protocols. Commitment to principles of patient and family centered care, and an understanding of cultural differences and diversity. Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams Willingness to participate in at least one area of specialized practice annually Computer proficiency Post‑masters social work experience in a healthcare setting, and Medicine and/or Emergency Department experience is preferred. As a condition of employment, the final candidate who accepts an offer of employment will be required to disclose if they have been subject to any final administrative or judicial decisions within the last seven years determining that they committed any misconduct; or have filed an appeal of a finding of substantiated misconduct with a previous employer.
