Health Advisor

Job Description The Health Advisor role is responsible for providing high‑touch customer service to PinnacleCare Members, building strong relationships while helping them navigate the healthcare system in order to receive the best and most expeditious care. Full‑time Monday‑Friday position with an on‑call rotation generally every 4 weeks. Health Advisors occasionally accompany members on appointments in their region. How You Will Contribute Guide every step of care: collect medical records, schedule appointments, arrange second opinions with top physicians. Provide expert insights to members, working closely with Medical Directors and Researchers. Deliver caring, high‑touch service; be dependable and compassionate support. Build and nurture relationships with physicians and hospital staff. What You Will Bring Ability to work with a diverse range of people. Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, Registered Nurse or other health‑related field. Background in medical social work, nursing or case management. Clinical medicine, direct patient care or case management experience. Hospital setting experience preferred. Self‑starter, ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and sense of urgency. Service oriented, collaborative communicator. Ability to navigate changing, fast‑paced environment. Proficiency with MS Office. Excellent time management, multitasking, decisive, proactive. Location Candidate must live within the Midwest: Chicago, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Michigan, Ohio, Iowa, Indiana. Salary Range $76,200 – $114,300. Base salary determined by skills, experience, education, and location. Position eligible for discretionary annual incentive award.
