Relationship Banker

Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist them with transactions through mobile banking, online banking, and ATM self-service resources Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients Conduct deep conversations to understand clients' financial and life priorities Connect clients to solutions that meet their financial goals Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs Follow established processes and guidelines while adhering to applicable laws and regulations Partner with experts in small business, lending, and investments Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls Drive the client experience Manage cash responsibilities Requirements High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours May be scheduled at any financial center location within a reasonable distance Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results Ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships Effective and confident communication skills Ability to identify solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms Ability to educate clients on ATM, online banking, and mobile banking self-service technologies Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to efficiently manage time and capacity Desired: experience in financial services and knowledge of the financial services industry, products, and solutions Desired: one year of successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals Desired: six months of cash handling experience Desired: Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate's Degree such as business management, business administration, or finance Core Competencies Demonstrates strong client engagement and relationship-building skills while effectively managing cash transactions and adhering to banking regulations.
