Salary: $120,100 - 214,500 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree.
• We want 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, software engineering, data engineering, or automation engineering, with a track record of delivering production-ready solutions.
• We need 3+ years of experience using Python for automation, backend services, API integrations, and code deployment.
• We require 2+ years of experience working with large language models, generative AI, prompt engineering, or retrieval-augmented generation.
• We need 1+ years of experience building agentic AI systems, including multi-step reasoning workflows, task orchestration, or tool-calling agents.
• We require hands-on experience with modern AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or cloud-native AI services.
• We need experience deploying scalable AI solutions in cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud using microservices, containers, or serverless architectures.

• We design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions and agentic workflows to solve complex clinical and business challenges, with a strong focus on responsible and ethical AI.
• We develop systems that reason across clinical workflows, coordinate multi-step tasks, call APIs and system tools, and incorporate human-in-the-loop decision-making.
• We create scalable, reusable AI components using orchestration frameworks, advanced prompt design, retrieval-augmented generation, and vector databases.
• We use Python to develop production-grade automation scripts, pipelines, backend services, and reusable integration components.
• We leverage approved enterprise AI tools and developer platforms to streamline work, automate repetitive processes, and continuously improve the platform.
• We evaluate emerging AI trends, agent patterns, and automation methods to guide secure solution design and ongoing innovation.
• We partner with product, clinical, data, architecture, security, and engineering teams to turn complex needs into secure, compliant, production-ready capabilities.
• We support operationalization, monitoring, observability, and MLOps/LLMOps for AI systems while adhering to healthcare privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
