Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Title & Type: AR Specialist, Regular, Full-Time Core Role & Responsibilities: Account Receivable Management for Logistics Claims Manage carrier claims, warehouse claims, compliance claims Follow up with carriers and negotiate settlements Develop process improvements to reduce claims and train staff accordingly Liability Recovery Management (Account Receivable) Report weekly recovery status to the leader Analyze collection rate and projected loss (Yearly, Monthly) Analysis of Customer/Carrier issues Conduct In-depth analysis of problematic carriers Escalate customer issues to LGE Electronics Accounts Payable to Customer Validate and submit monthly payments via payment plans Work closely with the finance team and the legal team to resolve payment issues Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree. (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field) Detail oriented, strong time management skills and willingness to travel for training local staff Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP), Tableau, and Microsoft Excel 1-4 years of experience required Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD, LTD, AD&D,401K, and generous PTOs/ paid holidays Location & Hours Business Hours: Mon-Fri 08:00AM to 05:00PM #J-18808-Ljbffr LX Pantos Americas
