Accounting Assistant

You are invited to be part of it to express your best! Key Responsibilities Assist with preparing and posting journal entries under the guidance of senior accounting staff. Perform basic account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies. Assist with monthly bank reconciliations and resolve reconciling items. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. Enter financial data into accounting software accurately. Process employee expense reports and reimbursements. Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding financial matters. Support month‑end and year‑end close by preparing schedules and maintaining documentation. Maintain accurate financial records and organize supporting documentation. Assist in preparing financial reports and spreadsheets for management. Help identify and resolve routine accounting issues. Perform general administrative duties to support the finance team. Requirements 1–4 years of accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or related experience. Entry‑level accounting experience is a plus. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Salary Range: $55,000 – $75,000 Kornit Digital offers an outstanding compensation and benefits package, medical, dental, and life insurance; Investment Savings Plan (401K) with employer matching.
