Multi-Dimensional Family Therapy Program (MDFT) Clinician

Responsibilities Delivers clinical treatment to clients and their families, collaborating with other providers and community partners on client care (including schools, probation, psychiatry, etc.) Maintains clinical documentation in accordance to licensing, accreditation and program requirements Participates in weekly reflective individual and team supervision Meets weekly billable expectations defined by CFA Assists clients in obtaining community resources and prosocial activities Collaborates with the rest of the team regarding case management needs and follow-through with appropriate action steps Ensures that all paperwork is completed on time and accurately Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field Current state licensure as a (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or license eligible (LMSW, LPC-A, LMFT-A) Reliable transportation and schedule flexibility to accommodate a combination of day and evening hours Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills Solid organizational skills, attention to detail and experience working with an Electronic Health Record system Ability to work successfully independently and collaboratively in a team environment Benefits 3 weeks paid vacation days Medical and Dental Insurance Salary range: $60,000-$64,000 Bi-lingual Spanish/English preferred with significant pay differential offered.
