It is done in accordance with the contractual terms and inspection conditions stipulated in international standards ISO-IEC: 17020/2012. Job Function: Quality assurance of the Products. Duties and Responsibilities: Assure that the products are not contaminated and that sanitation procedures are maintained, so products can meet the safety requirements of the destination market. Examining products at ports, making sure the products are correctly labeled and that the explanatory data on the packages and packaging materials conform to the terms of the contract. Make sure that products are up to date and reject any expired products by informing the direct manager. Ensure all processed products comply with provided standards. Random samples are implemented and making sure that it is compatible with the phenomenon of the contract conditions. Verify the laboratory in which some virtual and initial tests will be conducted and emphasize that samples are correctly preserved according to the nature of the material in the condition. Provide the final evaluation of the shipment based on the results of analysis received from one of the laboratories approved by the company's work system. Report and send all the shipment documents directly to the Technical Operation manager on the performance of the Food Safety Management System. Check the quantity and quality of the product before shipment depending on standard specification. Pre-shipment inspection is mandatory. Check the ship’s documents are vialed to meet class certifications and B&I certifications. Check packages to verify that the correct packing materials are being used to ensure safe transportation, and that correct packaging labels are applied. Strong observation of details, orator and strong literacy skills. Ability to prepare and maintain correspondence, reports and inspection records. Work environment: work only on demand ( Freelancer ). All transportation expenses are at the company expense Qualification Preferred a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree. 4years of experience as an inspector .
