Leading a team of influencer specialists, the full-time remote Senior Director of Influencer Marketing will manage client relationships, oversee talent partnerships, and develop integrated strategies to drive business results across multiple platforms. Key responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of influencer specialists, ensuring high standards for strategy and execution Serve as a strategic partner to clients, identifying opportunities for account growth and managing new business pitches Develop and implement influencer and celebrity strategies that align with business goals, driving engagement and sales Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with at least 4 years in a managerial role Proven experience in securing and managing celebrity talent partnerships, including contract negotiations Strong background in strategizing and executing campaigns across various consumer categories Fluency in platforms such as CreatorIQ and HypeAuditor, with knowledge of social commerce models Ability to analyze data and translate results into actionable insights for clients
