Dental Office Receptionist

Aesthetic Dental Center

Job Description

Position will lead to the Office Manager with the right person !

Must be Energetic , Hardworking , Driven. Understands if the Business makes a profit and is successful so will they will Work well with the staff and communicate and be able to have patients say YES to treatment.

Understand how a Business operates and is goal oriented. Completes tasks quickly , Understands marketing , doesn't have to be told more than once what the Doctors goals are. The perfect applicant will know more about building a Business than the Doctor !

Dental Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities

Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Schedule appointments and confirm upcoming appointments
Manage patient records, update information, and file paperwork
Collect payments for services rendered and file insurance claims
Answer calls and respond to patient inquiries and provide information as needed

Dental Receptionist Requirements and Qualifications

1 year of previous experience in a medical or dental office setting required
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Able to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
