Staff Sports Physical Therapist – Impact Sports Physical Therapy (College Park, MD) Impact Sports Physical Therapy is seeking a motivated and passionate Staff Sports Physical Therapist to join our growing team at our College Park location. We specialize in providing high-level care to athletes and active individuals, with a strong emphasis on return-to-sport performance and outcomes-driven treatment. Our patient population is highly active, with an average patient age of just 25 years old! What We’re Looking For: Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible) Strong interest in sports and orthopedic rehabilitation Experience in athletics preferred High-energy, team-oriented mindset Commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes What You’ll Do: Evaluate and treat a diverse, athletic patient population Work closely with athletes and local sports communities Develop and implement individualized, performance-driven treatment plans Contribute to a collaborative, growth-focused clinical environment Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 (based on experience) Incentive and Bonus opportunities 401(k) with company match Paid time off + paid holidays Continuing education reimbursement Additional growth and development opportunities And more!
