Job Overview A law firm seeks a Workers' Compensation Litigation Associate in Los Angeles. This role offers remote work flexibility, allowing for a portion of the workweek to be conducted remotely. Proactively manage client communications throughout litigation. Requirements Active membership in the California State Bar and in good standing. 1+ year of workers' compensation experience preferred. Strong legal research and writing skills with attention to detail. Exceptional communication, advocacy, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice in the State of California. Skills Strong analytical skills. Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
