Clinical Dietitian: Patient Education & Wellness Coaching

WESTERN WAYNE FAMILY HEALTH CENTERS is seeking a motivated health educator to join their care team. This role will involve providing group and individual education on dietary guidelines while supporting patients' health and wellness needs. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and be a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN). Responsibilities include conducting consultations, developing educational materials, and advocating for patient needs.
