Quince is seeking an experienced and highly organized Assistant General Manager to support the daily operations of our dining room while playing a key role in administrative leadership behind the scenes. This position is ideal for a hospitality professional who is equally comfortable on the floor and managing operational systems, reporting, communication, and team coordination.

The AGM works closely with the General Manager and leadership team to ensure exceptional guest experiences, strong operational organization, and consistent execution across all areas of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Support daily front-of-house operations and service leadership
• Maintain and uphold Quince’s standards of hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Assist with administrative operations including scheduling, payroll review, tip reconciliation, reporting, invoice organization, and internal documentation
• Manage reservation systems, guest notes, and administrative follow-up within SevenRooms
• Coordinate hiring logistics, onboarding support, training schedules, and employee documentation in partnership with HR
• Assist with inventory systems, ordering organization, and vendor communication
• Help oversee floor plans, staffing levels, and labor management
• Support leadership communication across departments to ensure operational alignment
• Respond professionally to guest correspondence and special requests
• Participate in service while remaining highly organized with operational follow-through and project management

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality
• Michelin experience preferred
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Experience with scheduling, reporting, payroll review, and operational systems
• Comfortable balancing service leadership with office and operational responsibilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with SevenRooms, POS systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office preferred
• Calm, professional, and solutions-oriented leadership style
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
