The role involves collaboration with surgical teams to ensure patient safety, adherence to standards, and efficient workflow within a busy surgical unit. Job Details Position Type: Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Specialty: Operating Room (OR) Location: Not specified (facility location) Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week Start Date: 09/21/2026 End Date: 12/21/2026 Required Qualifications: RN and/or CST certifications, current licensure, experience in surgical settings preferred, ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with neurosurgery, urology, general surgery, colorectal, plastics, podiatry, ENT, and orthopedic procedures; motivated, detail-oriented personality. Additional Information: Unit performs surgeries including neurosurgery, urology, general, colorectal, plastics, podiatry, ENT, and orthopedic. Equipment used includes Brain Lab, DaVinci surgical system, Microscope. EMR system is Meditech. Call shifts are mandatory, with weekend call from 7 am to 7 pm or 7 pm to 7 am, and weekday call from 3 pm to 7 am. No specific experience requirement, candidate should be adaptable to surgical practice. Float: Float rotation may be required.
