Customer Service Representative Full‑Time | Mountain Home, ID | On‑Site Job Responsibilities Be the voice of Inventive Group — answering calls, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues with professionalism and care. Process and manage dealer and customer orders from entry through fulfillment, including quotes, pricing, and order updates. Work alongside Outside Sales Representatives to support existing accounts and help grow new ones within your territory. Handle warranty claims end‑to‑end: investigate, validate, communicate decisions, and keep accurate documentation. Manage returns and exchanges, and follow up on open orders, custom requests, and future‑dated releases. Track customer activity through sales reports and help identify growth opportunities. Keep customer records accurate and up to date in our CRM. Stay current on our product lines so you can answer questions confidently and upsell where it makes sense. Participate in team meetings, Kaizen events, 5 Whys, and other continuous improvement activities. Sustain 6‑S standards in your workspace and contribute to a culture of accountability and improvement. Qualifications High School diploma or GED required. Previous customer service or client support experience. Strong communication skills — comfortable on the phone, clear in writing, and easy to work with. Organized and detail‑oriented; able to juggle multiple open orders and follow‑ups without things falling through the cracks. Comfortable with Microsoft Office and able to learn CRM systems quickly.A problem‑solver who doesn’t wait to be told what to do.
