Privately held B2B with global operations and record revenues & profits. Company designs, engineers and delivers capital equipment. There is an expanding field service organization that provides technical and MRO services. Company has IP & AI technology, continues to reinvest infrastructure, and is expanding organically and through acquisitions.

CEO is looking for a financial business partner with a COO mentality. Be empowered to make a difference . Be supported by an established team. Contribute on short and long range strategy, change management, and business evolution.

Key opportunities to make a difference:

• Lead forecasting and business analytics, KPIs, metrics and capital spending
\n
• Partner with leadership on ways to improve productivity, quality, workforce utilization, capital expenditures, demand forecasting, operational KPIs, and customer relations
\n
• Partner with GMs on P/L management
\n
• Ensure timely financial reporting and compliance
\n
• Identify opportunities for working capital improvements
\n
• Team with sales on business development, account management, pricing, margin attainment, and forecasting
\n
• Collaborate with engineering and operations on operating expenses, costs, and deliverables.
\n
• Partner on continuous improvement (e.g., working capital improvements, automation initiatives, roll out of new technology)
\n
• Be key liaison to outside counsel (e.g., customer contracts) and national CPA firm
\n
• Lead and groom a finance team of 10-12
\n

REQUIREMENTS: BS/BA; CPA or MBA strongly desired. Seek 12+ years of business experience with last 3+ years as #1 financial leader in a B2B business model with international profit centers. Looking for a proactive and agile leader with a make-it happen personality. Local candidates will receive first attention.

REWARD : $300,000 to $330,000 DOE plus healthy bonus, LTIP, and upside.
