The nanny is responsible for providing attentive, safe, and nurturing care for the newborn at all times. Responsibilities include feeding according to the parents’ instructions, supporting safe sleep practices, changing diapers, soothing and comforting the baby, and maintaining a clean and organized environment related to the child’s care. The nanny will monitor the baby’s well-being, engage in age-appropriate interaction to support development, communicate daily updates to the parents, and promptly report any concerns, changes, or incidents.
