Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for confident and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing sales team. The role involves identifying potential customers, meeting business owners and decision-makers, understanding their requirements, presenting our solutions, building relationships and fix meetings with new business. Key Responsibilities Identify and approach prospective customers through cold calls Talk to business owners and key decision-makers Understand customer requirements and identify relevant opportunities Present solutions professionally and address customer questions Follow up with prospects through calls and WhatsApp Set up an appointment for meeting with owner/decision maker. Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings and sales activities Achieve assigned monthly targets Build and maintain strong customer relationships Requirements Graduate with computer literacy MS Office. 2-5 years of experience in sales/business development Confident and comfortable interacting with business owners Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong follow-up and negotiation ability Target-oriented and self-motivated Comfortable with daily cold calls Hindi and English communication skills Should have laptop and wifi connection for work from home set up.
