We are hiring a Swing Shift Forklift Operator for a growing manufacturing company in Hillsboro. This position offers job stability, no weekend work, paid on-the-job training, and opportunities for growth and advancement.

This company produces cardboard boxes and displays for businesses across the country, including products you may see in your favorite local stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift in a warehouse environment safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, move, and stack materials accurately and consistently
• Follow all safety guidelines and OSHA standards
• Ensure accuracy by reviewing and double-checking work
• Maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment
• Take initiative to stay on task and support team goals
• Work independently while maintaining quality and efficiency

Schedule (Swing Shift)

• Monday: 2:20 PM 10:50 PM
• Tuesday: 2:20 PM 11:50 PM
• Wednesday: 2:20 PM 10:50 PM
• Thursday: 2:20 PM 10:50 PM
• Friday: 1:20 PM 8:50 PM

Requirements

• Recent forklift experience in a warehouse within the last 6 months
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to OSHA standards
• Solid material handling skills (loading, unloading, moving, and stacking)
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to lift 3550 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Pay

• $20 per hour
