Title: Salesforce Application Manager
Location: 100% Remote - Must be able to work CST time zone

In this position, the Salesforce Application Manager will lead a team of software engineers in developing and implementing Salesforce-based solutions. This role involves managing development activities across various agile teams, mentoring staff and consultants to meet job expectations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and guide multiple software engineering teams (both local and remote) to achieve development goals set in sprints.
Coach team members according to established performance metrics.
Provide technical direction and establish best practices in software development, such as code reviews and DevOps standards.
Collaborate with solution architects, product owners, and stakeholders to develop technical solutions that meet business needs.
Ensure the quality of product releases in partnership with cross-functional teams.
Implement change and configuration management strategies effectively.
Manage relationships with technology vendors and service integrators.
Be actively involved in the change management process, ensuring smooth production system updates without business disruption.
Address system issues proactively, ensuring a quick team response to minimize business impact.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field is preferable.
At least 3 years of team management experience and 8 years in IT software development.
Experience in Agile environments.
Knowledge of security concepts and proficiency in GitHub and CI/CD environments.
Familiarity with Agile tools such as Confluence and Jira is beneficial.
Preferred experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce/Cloud Craze and Salesforce Development (Apex, Lightning, Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Rules, and SOQL).
Experience in integrating Salesforce with third-party applications.
Strong presentation, leadership, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to multitask effectively and work independently with attention to detail.
