Role Summary We are seeking an enterprise-level Senior Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of complex operations and strategic talent design. Following explosive growth— with this specific account scaling from an initial €2.5M over three years to a current forecast of €5.5M for this year alone —the program requires a heavyweight leader. In this high-visibility role, you will be the mastermind behind our MSP and Outplacement Management strategies , monitoring and managing a web of critical sub-projects and stakeholders for a global market leader renowned for its engineering heritage and "invented for life" philosophy. Collaborating closely with the responsible Account Manager, you will lead a large delivery matrix and be the ultimate guardian of quality and innovation—a top priority and key expectation for this prestigious client. What You’ll Be Doing Strategic MSP & Outplacement Architecture: Design, implement, and evolve comprehensive MSP structures and outplacement strategies tailored to the client's shifting corporate and technological landscape. Large-Scale Team Leadership: Directly manage and inspire a core delivery team of 10 to 15 internal colleagues , while orchestrating an extended network of 30 to 40 specialized coaches to ensure flawless program execution. Hyper‑Growth Account Oversight: Monitor and manage all interconnected sub‑projects, ensuring operational excellence keeps pace with the account's rapid financial and structural scaling. Consultative Client Interface: Serve as the primary strategic partner to the client, proactively diagnosing complex workforce needs and translating them into cutting‑edge MSP and transition concepts. End‑to‑End Execution: Oversee the delivery of compassionate, high-quality outplacement services, career transitions, and talent mobility frameworks for impacted individuals. Continuous Innovation & Quality: Champion quality assurance and innovation management. You will proactively establish continuous improvement processes, optimizing the MSP model and outplacement delivery before the client even senses a need for adjustment. Commercial Partnership: Partner hand‑in‑hand with the dedicated Account Manager to align operational delivery with commercial strategy, manage stakeholder relationships, and oversee financial health. Required Qualifications Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience within a consulting firm, specialized agency, or managing large‑scale corporate client accounts. Experience managing fast‑growing, multi‑million‑euro projects is highly valued. Leadership Capability: Proven track record of managing matrixed teams, including internal staff (10+) and external delivery networks/coaches (30+). Subject Matter Expertise: Deep, proven experience in Outplacement Management, MSP operations , talent mobility, coaching, and career transition design. Core Competencies: Exceptional conceptual design skills, strong facilitation capabilities, and a polished, authoritative moderation style suitable for executive stakeholders. Language: Native/Fluent German is critical , paired with professional proficiency in English. Location & Travel: Enjoy a flexible, remote‑friendly set‑up with regular onsite presence required at the client’s iconic corporate hubs in Southern Germany / Stuttgart area (typically 1 to 3 days every other week).
