Senior Project Manager (EPM) Your Responsibilities Lead project delivery: Manage the implementation of Jedox projects for key accounts, ensuring they are completed successfully and on time. Coordinate stakeholders: Act as the central point of contact for clients, internal teams (including R&D) and executive stakeholders to foster strong collaboration across our OneTeam environment. Manage project lifecycle: Oversee all phases of the project, from gathering requirements and planning to execution, monitoring and delivery. Ensure quality and compliance: Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure adherence to internal standards and compliance requirements. Drive timelines and resources: Organize resources effectively, manage project budget and scope, and keep projects on track. Identify and mitigate risks: Proactively detect project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Track and communicate progress: Monitor milestones and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and executive management. Support continuous improvement: Provide feedback from customer projects to improve Jedox products and services. Provide backup support: Offer assistance with other implementation‑related activities and projects as required. Your Profile Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on IT project management experience, preferably in complex environments; ideally 8+ years in IT consulting. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required; Master’s degree a plus. Proven track record of delivering finance transformation projects (CPM/EPM, ERP, BI). Strong ability to manage cross‑functional teams, resources, budgets, and scope effectively. Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and frameworks; certifications such as PRINCE2, PMI, or IPMA are a plus. Confident in engaging both senior stakeholders and operational teams, with adaptable communication style. Customer‑focused mindset committed to delivering value and continuously improving products and services. Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills, collaborative and proactive.
