About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Financial Systems with a focus on Workday Financials. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the transformation and optimization of the company's financial systems infrastructure, particularly in the areas of Workday Financials and related tools. This role requires a hands-on Workday expert who can immediately contribute to the design, development, and support of the Workday ecosystem, including financials, adaptive, prism, and extend. Key responsibilities include partnering with finance, accounting, FP&A, and IT teams to deliver scalable system solutions, building and maintaining financial reports and dashboards, and identifying opportunities for AI and automation to enhance efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5-6+ years of experience with a strong background in financial systems and Workday Financials, and a deep technical expertise in Workday. The role demands a strategic mindset, the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, and a strong understanding of finance processes. The candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with system integrations, automation, and process improvement initiatives is essential, as is the ability to operate as a plug-and-play contributor in a lean team environment.
