About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief People Officer to join their team as a senior leader and trusted partner. The CPO will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the employee experience, from full-time staff to seasonal employees, interns, students, contractors, and visiting artists. This role requires a candidate with a strong background in operational discipline and a deep understanding of people management, including the ability to make and enforce difficult decisions with empathy and compassion. The successful candidate will be known for their exceptional communication skills, the ability to build scalable infrastructure, and a reputation for steady, fair, and thoughtful judgment.
