Join the Journey of Hope at our hospital. As our Nurse, you lead with heart and clinical excellence to shape a safe, therapeutic milieu for patients, families, and staff providing a calm, vigilant presence while others rest.
Lead Compassionate Care During the Day
As a Floor RN Manager, you will provide compassionate, direct patient care while working alongside an interdisciplinary team to support patients in their recovery journey. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assesses and plan patient care within set timeframes, documenting nursing findings according to policies.
- Handles scheduling conflicts and call offs.
- Handles patient complaints.
- Supervises the shift team, delegating tasks and ensuring quality nursing care delivery.
- Monitors patients for changes in condition, follows medication administration policies.
- Communicates patient responses to the interdisciplinary team, orients patients/families to the program, and upholds patient rights.
- Communicates concerns or issues with AOC and facility leadership.
- Leads code drills.
- Provides training support to new staff.
What We're Looking For
Current RN license; BSN required, MSN/MBA preferred.
2+ years psychiatric/behavioral health leadership experience (charge/assistant manager acceptable).
Proven results driving quality, patient experience, and team engagement.
Must be 21 or older
