Supply Chain Analyst (Marketplace Operations)

Are you a Supply Chain Analyst with experience managing data through Amazon Seller Central or other web-based eCommerce platforms? Can you independently pull data, identify trends, and communicate actionable insights that improve inventory, fulfillment, and operational performance? Responsibilities: Own end-to-end marketplace operations across Amazon, Walmart, Target, eBay, Macy’s, and Lowe’s onboarding, ensuring product availability, fulfillment performance, and compliance Monitor supply vs. demand by channel/SKU, proactively addressing stockouts, overstock risk, and driving in‑stock rates and inventory productivity Oversee retailer compliance (routing guides, ASNs, chargebacks) and resolve operational issues, SLA misses, and carrier exceptions end‑to‑end Manage fulfillment and warehouse partner relationships to ensure consistent, reliable order execution across all channels Build actionable dashboards (fill rate, OTIF, returns, days of supply) and partner cross‑functionally (Finance, Merchandising, Logistics, Tech) to drive performance and cost efficiency Document SOPs and workflows, improve automation and data accuracy, and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders with a pragmatic, ROI‑focused approach Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field desired 4–6 years of experience in supply chain, marketplace operations, or e‑commerce — preferably in specialty retail or consumer goods Hands‑on Amazon experience required (Seller Central, Vendor Central, or both) Exposure to multi‑channel retail (big‑box, department store, or marketplace) Demonstrated ability to document business processes, SOPs, or workflows in a clear, structured format Strong written and verbal communication skills — comfortable presenting findings to cross‑functional stakeholders #J-18808-Ljbffr Saenger Associates
