Streamline shop productivity by managing work order lifecycles and coordinating internal communication to meet departmental efficiency targets. Proactively manage service scheduling and client follow-ups to optimize shop capacity and workflow consistency. Oversee parts inventory accuracy and procurement processes to minimize equipment downtime. Maintain a high standard of shop organization and safety compliance to foster a professional and efficient work environment. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience in a service writing or technical advisory role. Strong proficiency in documenting mechanical issues and managing detailed work orders.
