In 2025 alone, we ranked top 5 among medium workplaces in Health Care and New York, and top 50 nationwide.What You'll Do:Package and ship outbound patient orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with company SOPsPrepare shipments, including building boxes and assembling packaging materials, to ensure timely dispatch and delivery expectations are metAssist with the receipt and organization of incoming inventory from the warehouse as neededOccasionally operate manual pallet jacks to move materials and support workflow across the facilityMaintain accurate inventory levels through proper stocking and organization practicesMonitor supply levels during daily operations and communicate low stock to team leads or management, and replenish fulfillment inventory to ensure packing stations remain stocked and operationalMaintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace across all fulfillment areasCollaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets and operational deadlinesFollow established workflows and safety protocols to ensure quality and productivity standards are upheldCommunicate clearly and effectively with team members to support smooth day-to-day operationsPerform additional fulfillment and warehouse tasks as assigned by supervisors or team leadsWhat You'll Bring to the Team:Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in packing and shipping outbound ordersAbility to follow established SOPs and safety protocols while maintaining a clean, organized workspaceComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume fulfillment environment with shifting prioritiesEffective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping goalsWillingness to learn, take direction, and support both outbound and inbound operations as neededProactive, dependable, and team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountabilityDependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and team-oriented mindsetLong periods of standing, must be able to bend at the waist and knee, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbsWe've Got You Covered:Full medical, dental, and vision insurance + OneMedical membershipHealthcare and Dependent Care FSA401(k) with company matchFlexible PTOWellbeing + Learning & Growth reimbursementsPaid parental leave + Fertility benefitsPet insuranceStudent loan refinancingVirtual resources for mindfulness, counseling, and fitnessThe hourly rate for new hires in this position is $18, plus a benefits package (as applicable). When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors, including location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. For our Ro'ers in the tri-state (NY) area, you will join us at HQ on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
