Accounting Coordinator Intern

Overview ESCOL Network is a music and entertainment company specializing in the Latin Christian Music Industry. The company provides various artist and label services, such as talent management, artist development, marketing, and music publishing. Responsibilities Manage all financial and administrative aspects in support of the office manager, with proactive, organized execution Use QuickBooks to record and classify financial data Prepare and submit expense reports Accounts payable and receivable processing Payroll processing Reconcile statements and invoices while maintaining discretion of sensitive data Collaborate professionally and timely with colleagues on ongoing projects Work closely with the office manager Other duties as assigned Qualifications 1+ years’ experience in an accounting role using QuickBooks Knowledge of other accounting software a plus 1+ years’ experience in administrative roles College degree in finance and/or accounting (Preferred) General knowledge of key industry players and familiarity with all music Proficient in MS Office Suite Proficiency with bookkeeping software and strong typing skills Proven organizational skills and strong attention to detail Handle confidential matters appropriately and with discretion Professional manner and a strong ethical code Familiarity with basic accounting principles Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Ability to pinpoint problems and identify solutions Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Work independently and take initiative #J-18808-Ljbffr ESCOL Network, Inc.
